Air Show Photography & Audio (with Zoom H1N, Fujifilm X-T4, and Fujinon 55–200mm Zoom Lens)
Today I took my Zoom H1N portable recorder to Ypsilanti’s annual airshow, Thunder Over Michigan, where the Blue Angels were on display for about a half hour. Also, I took a number of photos with the Fujifilm X-T4 and Fujinon 55–200mm f/3.5–4.8, shot them RAW and processed them in Adobe Lightroom.

Today was our first full day on the Isle of Skye. We visited the fairey pools and Talisker Bay. Kate’s driving has been excellent on the twisting, turning roads.

This morning we woke up in Fort William, had some porridge, then drove to board the ferry that took us to the Isle of Skye.

Our third day in the Scottish Highlands. We had breakfast in Port Apin where we had an amazing view of Stalker Castle, then we hiked a mountain.
Women of UMMA
A handful of images taken at the University of Michigan Museum of Art. I didn’t realize I was doing it, but when reviewing my images from the day, I noticed a theme emerging. I had photographed a number of artworks which featured female subjects.
Notre Dame
Last week was an emotional week for anyone who loves the cathedral of Notre Dame. The images of the fire were heart-wrenching and disturbing. It’s horrible to see something that’s lasted so many years just catch fire, and stay on fire for hours and hours.
