Kevin Woodland is an artist, designer, and educator from Ann Arbor, Michigan. Currently, he creates websites, infographics, and departmental branding for the University of Michigan Health System. Prior to that, he designed exhibition graphics and marketing materials for the University of Michigan Museum of Art.
Through his involvement with the non-profit writing center 826michigan, Kevin has designed and provided art direction for numerous student writing collections, including several of the organization’s flagship annual publications. He also mentors volunteer designers and delivers small-group training sessions for 826michigan. Additionally, Kevin has taught several college-level design courses in topics ranging from Graphic Design History to software-based creative tools at Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor.
Prior to graduating from Bowling Green State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design, Kevin had the opportunity to spend a semester in Florence, Italy, where he studied design and art history.
